📦 Digital Products & Services
- For custom development, implementation, or configuration services, refunds are not available once the work has started, as these services are tailored specifically for each client.
- For subscriptions or digital licenses (such as access to hosted platforms or SaaS services), you may request a cancellation and refund within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been actively used.
- Prepaid support packages can be refunded within 30 days if unused. Partial refunds for partially used support hours may be considered upon review.
🛍️ Physical Products (if applicable)
If any physical product (e.g. branded hardware or packaging) was sold:
- You may return it within 30 days, in unused, original condition with proof of purchase.
- Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
